The Gangnam Medical Tour Center is running six K-Health, K-Culture and K-Beauty experience classes for foreign visitors throughout September 2026. (10 foreign participants per session)

## K-Health Classes (Tuesdays 14:00 – 15:00)

- **Sep 8 (Tue)** — Hip-Up Exercises Using Bands Class: mat exercise using small equipment.

- **Sep 15 (Tue)** — Pilates Class for Improving Spinal Balance: mat exercise using small equipment.

- **Sep 22 (Tue)** — Healing Yoga Class for Slow Aging: a mat-based workout incorporating small fitness equipment and yoga movements.

## K-Culture & K-Beauty Classes (Thursdays 14:00 – 15:00)

- **Sep 3 (Thu)** — Traditional Korean Saekdong Hairpin Making Class: create your own unique hairpin inspired by the beautiful traditional Korean Saekdong colors.

- **Sep 10 (Thu)** — Signature Perfume-Making Class: explore a variety of fragrance ingredients, including unique traditional Korean scents, and create your own signature perfume that reflects your personal style and individuality.

- **Sep 17 (Thu)** — K-Beauty Personal Color Class: a personalized image consultation experience that analyzes your skin tone and overall vibe to identify the most flattering colors.

Classes are held at the Gangnam Medical Tour Center community room. **Online reservation is required.**
