The term “fringe” refers to small-scale performances that take place spontaneously outside official events, and these shows will turn up the heat at the Gangnam Festival.From September 25 to 28, Gangnam Square, Apgujeong Rodeo Street, and Garosu-gil Road will transform into open-air stages, featuring an exciting lineup of bands, b-boying, K-POP, juggling, and more.
