Introduction

This is Korea’s first place where you can taste makgeolli made at an urban brewery. They bring a brewery into the store and sell makgeolli made there. You can drink Slow Village Makgeolli to your preference among four flavors that change slightly during the maturation process. The four flavors are likened to the four seasons, and are divided into the fresh and light carbonated taste of spring, the refreshing and rich carbonated taste of summer, the ripe and soft sourness of autumn, and the true drinker's makgeolli that is thick like winter. As the season progresses, the sweetness decreases and the taste becomes heavier. Just like life. You can enjoy the natural taste of premium makgeolli made only with rice, malt, and water without using any artificial sweeteners.
