Small Batch is Melbourne's leading micro roastery. The recommended coffee is Flat White, a coffee that originated in Australia. Espresso is made with ‘Candyman’, a coffee bean with a sour taste of grapes, plums, lemon, etc. and a light chocolate aroma, and goes well with milk. It is very soft when it touches the lips and tongue, and has a richer, more savory taste than a latte or cappuccino. The space created by renovating a single-family home is narrow, but gets plenty of sunlight and is cozy.
