SongEun Art Foundation

Having operated art spaces under various names since its establishment in 1989 — SongEun ArtCube, SongEun Art Space, SongEun Storage — SongEun Art Foundation settled into its new home, the ST SongEun Building, in September 2021. Now it's the era of 'SONGEUN,' meaning 'a hidden pine tree.' The new building is striking: with a sharply angular triangular exterior and minimal windows, the architecture itself is a work of art. For over 20 years, SongEun Art Foundation has been discovering and supporting young artists through its 'SongEun Art Award,' and remains close to the public through free exhibitions.
