Zest
The bar has around ten different signature cocktails, each with their own unique identities and main ingredients whose flavors delicately come to life. Of them all, the Z&T features their homemade gin, and its flavors change with the seasons.
Introduction

The name zest has two meanings. The first meaning is the peel of oranges, lemons, etc., and the second meaning is an abbreviation for ‘zero waste.’ To reduce plastic emissions, we make our own carbonated water and pay close attention to details that can easily be overlooked, such as placing towels in the bathroom. About 10 signature cocktails are available, each with its own distinct personality and the delicate taste of the main ingredients. Among them, Z&T contains homemade gin, and the taste varies depending on the season.
