The English word mingle means ‘different things coming together harmoniously.’ True to its name, Mingles presents creative Asian cuisine by adding herbs and ingredients typical of Western cuisine to Korean berries and fermented vinegar, and was selected for the Michelin Guide Seoul 2023. Chef Kang Min-gu's sensuous cuisine, which crosses the border between tradition and the West, is also paired with wines from around the world and traditional liquors from the eight provinces of the country. The view of Jangdokdae (Jangdokdae) beyond the window in a modern atmosphere is also ‘mingle’. It is a perfect space to enjoy the deep taste of cuisine, as there is plenty of blank space where the eye rests.
