The simple menu is more reliable, with only gomtang made using a secret recipe that has been passed down for three generations. Rice is rolled into gomtang and can be changed to rice noodles, and there is also a special gomtang that comes with additional meat and rice (noodles). The clear soup made from Korean beef is filling on its own, and the meat served as a topping is soft and does not require long chewing. Another big advantage is that it operates without break times.
