In an alley away from the hustle and bustle of Garosu-gil, there is Pinch Brunch Bar, which welcomes vegans, non-vegans, and their pets. Chef Ryu Je-ho, who has learned and prepared various vegetable-centered dishes in the United States and Denmark, presents vegetarian dishes that even non-vegans can enjoy using seasonal ingredients from our country. The way the food is prepared is beautiful and neat, so it is pleasing to the eyes. The unique taste of each ingredient in a dish is vivid and harmonizes naturally in the mouth. All menu items, including drinks, are vegan.
