Plantude is a compound word of ‘plant’, meaning vegetable, and ‘attitude’, meaning attitude. It is a vegan restaurant operated by Pulmuone, a company that sells a variety of vegan foods, including the steady-selling tofu noodles, plant-based tteokbokki, and plant-based bulgogi and iron plate fried rice. All menus are certified by the Vegan Standards Certification Institute, and by using a variety of frozen foods from Pulmuone, we present simple, non-irritating vegetarian food that can be easily accessed in everyday life.
