Introduction

Jungsik, the restaurant of chef Lim Jeong-sik, has achieved the distinction of being selected as a Michelin 2-star restaurant two years after opening his own restaurant, Jungsik, in New York. This is a space where you can experience unfamiliar yet familiar Korean food as Chef Lim Jeong-sik is credited with creating a new genre called New Korean, which dramatically recreates the ingredients of traditional Korean food. In addition to the lunch and dinner courses, there is a separate course for vegetarians. At the Jeongsik Cafe on the first floor of Jeongsikdang, you can taste Jangdokdae, the signature dessert of Jeongsikdang. They also operate a Vietnamese restaurant, Ipoyu, located inside Hotel Anteroom Seoul, located in Sinsa-dong.
