The complex forces acting on the site—topography, real estate, regulations, architecture, and views—become generative drivers of form through architectural mediation. These contemporary conditions interact through hybrid relationships that function as formal principles.

The aerial wall, born from this hybrid of forces, finds its meaning in relation to the surrounding environment. Extending vertically from the fourth floor to the rooftop, it plays a defining role in the building's overall form as seen from the street. From inside, the diagonal vertical wall void frames distant cityscapes as a landscape window.

The boundary thickness created by the aerial wall is planned as a communal field—a mediating element that organizes relationships with passersby through stairs and terrace providing direct access to the second floor. It is designed to function as a blurred boundary-network where private and shared domains coexist, and commercial and architectural acts of change intermingle.
