Gangnam Dulle-gil

Between the River and Forest Trails

Suseo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul

Introduction

If you want to thoroughly explore the area south of Yangjaecheon on foot, Gangnam Dulle-gil is the fastest and most comprehensive route. Divided into four courses — Premium Stream Path, Ecological Stream Path, Summit Forest Path, and Dulle Forest Path — each varies in length and difficulty, so you can choose according to your preference. For spring, the Premium Stream Path is recommended: starting from Yangjaecheon and heading upstream along Tancheon, it passes through the spectacular cherry blossom-lined Yangjaecheon path. The Ecological Stream Path's advantage is even more striking — following the Tancheon waterway upstream all the way to Segokcheon, you walk alongside the river the entire way. If hiking is your goal, the Summit Forest Path is the choice: crossing the peak of Daemosan Mountain demands stamina, but the panoramic views from the top will wash away all fatigue. If you've fallen in love with Daemosan, why not try the Dulle Forest Path for a refreshing forest bath?
